Thank you for choosing Teya Hair for your hair braiding needs. To maintain fairness and clarity for all clients, please review the following policy regarding payments, appointments, and post-service care:
No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the time, materials, and personal service involved in each appointment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the service has been rendered.
Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice and up to two times before an additional deposit is required to re-schedule the appointment. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date one time only. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Post-Appointment Support
Client satisfaction and long-term hair health are priorities. While refunds are not issued, I provide detailed hair care and maintenance instructions after each appointment. These guidelines are essential to ensure that you are informed, your style lasts and your natural hair remains healthy.
